MY STORY

Reliable Support You Can Count On

Thank you for visiting my website! Here is a little about me.

I was born and raised in Toronto and moved to Edmonton in January 2025.

In Toronto, I ran a successful dogwalking and petsitting company for 8 years. I loved caring for the animals and took pride in being their favourite person - after the owners of course!

From 2020 until his passing in 2023, I became a caregiver to my father who had Parkinson's and dementia. It was the hardest thing I've ever done but I would do it all again in a heartbeat.

After moving to Edmonton, I started working with some wonderful seniors providing companion care in continuing care home and residential settings. I love seniors! They've seen it all and done it all and always have a wise word to share. It is an honour to help my elders continue to live with pride and dignity. My approach is simple: I listen, I care, and I’m committed to providing dependable, respectful support that fits your unique needs. Whether it’s a ride to an appointment, help with errands, or simply sharing a conversation over a cup of tea, I’m here to make everyday life a little easier and a lot brighter. I am currently volunteering with two seniors-related organizations. With ElderDog, I walk dogs for seniors who are unable to do the walks themselves. With GAL Senior Care Foundation, I provide presentations to seniors' groups in the community about financial fraud and scams that target seniors.

I look forward to hearing from you and learning how I may help you!

WHEN A LITTLE EXTRA HELP MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE

Support Without Taking Away Your Independence

Companion care isn’t about taking over,  it’s about being there. It’s the reassurance of a friendly face, a helping hand, and the freedom to keep living life on your terms.

Whether you need a ride to an appointment, assistance with errands, someone to accompany you on an outing, or simply enjoy meaningful conversation, my goal is to provide the right level of support so you can remain independent, active, and connected in the way that feels right for you.

What Are Clients Saying?

KIND WORDS

Jennifer came into our lives during a very difficult time, when my husband, Stefan, who was living with Parkinson’s disease, wished to remain in the comfort of our home. She was so much more than a caregiver - she became a trusted companion and a wonderful source of support for our entire family. Jennifer took the time to truly get to know Stefan, sharing conversations, music and walks with him, and always treating him with kindness, patience, dignity and respect. Her dependability and genuine compassion gave me tremendous peace of mind, and she often went above and beyond to support me as well. It takes a very special person to care for someone during this stage of life and Jennifer is truly one of those people. I would recommend her wholeheartedly to any family looking for a compassionate and trustworthy caregiver.
